I loved how spacious and cozy my Standard Double Room was during my stay! The breakfast buffet was a real highlight—plentiful options that fueled my days perfectly. It was also fantastic to have a tram stop right outside the hotel for easy access to explore the area.

Bathroom cleanliness needs significant improvement.

not even a hint of red-carpet treatment here. the room was filthy, with hair on the bathroom floor and spider webs everywhere! oh, and don't even get me started on the shampoo situation. on top of it all, I expected an upgrade for my troubles but they treated me like just another guest. absolutely ridiculous!

Centrally located near public transportation options.

My room was poorly cleaned and had a strong odor. I had to change rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues, with dust and hair everywhere. The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, with questionable activities taking place nearby.

I had a lovely stay. the fluffy bed was fantastic and the breakfast had a decent selection. However, the heat without air conditioning made sleep uncomfortable. I'd return but maybe not in summer!

The hotel is super close to the central station, making it a breeze to get around! 🚉 Loved being next to the tram that goes straight to the Rhine. Staff were friendly and helpful, a real plus.
